Melanie has over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector in Kansas City. She has expertise in both long and short term organizational strategies behind fundraising, marketing, communications, social media and special events. She has achieved success through building long term relationships with donors, thus increasing the capacity of fundraising programs. Through her understanding of the importance of a mission driven approach, she helps non-profit organizations advance their capacity through the implementation of comprehensive development strategies. Melanie holds a Master's in Public Administration with a Non-Profit Emphasis from UMKC's Bloch School of Business.
